Objective
How can we support your organization with an objective instrument which gives management as well as all employees inspiring feedback on the enjoyed quality and the total customer (potential), guest, patient etc experience. Of course the mission is to motivate your entire team in order to always provide your customers with a good quality product.Back in 2000 and with this challenge in mind, we started development of a practical Mystery Guest Program for our very first customer: Pathe Theaters.
Mystery Review has grown to the point where we now have more than 500 Mystery Reviewers in all age categories, with diverse backgrounds spread all over Holland.
