The Preparation
- Mystery Reviews are transparent routes within your organization. The type of methodology Mystery Review employs renders the best results when your organization is fully informed about the Review.
- By means of a special type of investigative methodology, we determine together with you the quality and service standards for your organization. These standards are the basis for our investigation.
- We create a special questionnaire to fit the above mentioned standards. These are the questions our Mystery Reviewers answer during and after the visits to your organization.
- We make an appointment with you to establish the effectiveness of the questionnaire in a so-called 0-meeting. At the same time your organization is being familiarized with our reporting methodology in a casual manner.

Frequency
- In order to ensure a good return on investment, regular feedback is necessary. Together with you we will determine the best frequency for your organization.
- The ideal time span between the Mystery contacts and reports depends on how much time you need to formulate an action plan with your key executives and team members.

Reviewer
- We select independent Mystery Reviewers who will have the qualifications necessary to fit your target group.
- Prior to the visit our Reviewers will be briefed and instructed. They receive a digital questionnaire which has to be completed immediately after the visit. This is the only way we can guarantee optimal feedback.
- OMystery Review Team consists of:
- Students/School going kids as of 16 years of age
- Working couples
- Single people
- Families with kids up to the age of 12
- Families with kids of 12 years onwards
- 55-plus people
- Professionals with high positions in the Hospitality, retail, care and marketing sectors.
- Of course we are also able to select reviewers based on education, special interest and income groups.

Results
- You will be able to log in on our secure website using your personal users name and password in order for you to view your review results.
- We guarantee privacy and discretion. We own the website and software. You can share your data with other organizations in your business only after we have received your written permission.

- As a member of the MSPA, an International umbrella organization for Mystery Shopping organizations, we adhere to a strict code of conduct.

- Our editors ensure that reports are representative and clear.

- Our own Mystery online software processes the questionnaires and produces:
- For senior management:
A quick scan report in A4 format which gives the primary results.
- For managers:
You can click on the Quick scan report and continue on to a level of detail which gives the underlying reasons for the scores.
- For team members/Employees:
With one single push on the button you will get a summary of the mystery review results. This ideal way to discuss problems and opportunities with your fellow workers.
- You can also copy each detail to Word or Excel. Whatever you wish to do.

- You will be able to benchmark your results with your subsidiaries
- You will be able to benchmark with competitors in your line of business. (We do request a written confirmation and you will be required to release parts of the results of your own organization.)
- Regular newsletters which include the latest developments in the Mystery Shopping Business
